Scope
SportReflex provides football analytics, probabilistic predictions, performance reporting and subscription features. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit, create an account, contact us or purchase access.
Information we collect
Account information includes email address, display name, password-derived security data, role, plan and subscription status. Service activity can include session data, timestamps, technical/security logs and feature usage. Communications include messages sent through support/contact forms. Payment records can include provider, transaction/reference identifiers, plan, amount/currency, status and provider metadata. SportReflex does not need your private crypto keys or full card details.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure accounts, deliver predictions and member features, manage subscriptions, verify payments, respond to support, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, comply with law and improve SportReflex. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and processors
Crypto checkout sends the information required to create and verify a payment request to the configured crypto payment provider. Paystack remains integrated but disabled until approved and configured. Provider secret keys remain server-side. Third-party processors operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and sessions
SportReflex uses an essential session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. Optional analytics or advertising cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed and consent controls will be added where required.
Retention and security
Account/payment records are retained while necessary for service, accounting, security, fraud/dispute handling and legal requirements. Prediction/performance records may be retained long-term to preserve transparent historical results. We use password hashing, server-side sessions, restricted administration and server-side secrets, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International users and rights
SportReflex is designed for global access. Data may be processed where our hosting, email or payment providers operate. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
Age and contact
SportReflex is not intended for children. Users must satisfy applicable age restrictions for gambling-related services in their location. Privacy questions should be sent through the Contact page or the production support address.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service, providers or applicable law changes. The current effective date will always be shown on this page.
