Refund Policy
Effective September 8, 2026.
Digital subscription access
SportReflex subscriptions provide immediate access to digital analysis. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are generally final after access is activated because the digital service is immediately made available.
When we will investigate a refund
We will investigate duplicate payments, a verified provider/system error, a payment confirmed by the provider where SportReflex failed to activate access, or another circumstance where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Crypto-specific issues
Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. SportReflex cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network or wrong asset. Always use the exact checkout instructions. Provider/network fees are not controlled by SportReflex.
Prediction outcomes are not refundable
A losing prediction, poor betting outcome, change in model performance or disagreement with a model recommendation is not a billing error and does not create a refund right.
Requests
Contact support with your SportReflex account email, payment reference, provider transaction ID and explanation. Never send private keys or seed phrases.
